Yesterday, Thursday, November 13, 2025, Olorogun (Barr.) Fred Majemite, a prominent chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State, hosted stakeholders, leaders, and faithful members of the APC from Wards 1–5, Ughelli North Local Government Area, at his country home in Ughelli.
The meeting served as a familiarization and unity forum aimed at strengthening party cohesion and fostering renewed commitment among members across the wards. In his address, Olorogun Majemite emphasized the importance of teamwork, urging members to remain steadfast and united in the pursuit of the party’s collective goals.
He encouraged party faithful to intensify grassroots sensitization efforts by taking the message of renewed hope to every nook and cranny of Ughelli North. He called on members to educate both party members and non-members alike on the achievements and developmental strides of the Sheriff Oborevwori administration in Delta State and the President Bola Ahmed Tinubu-led Federal Government.
Highlighting key projects of Governor Sheriff Oborevwori, Majemite commended the ongoing Otovwodo Flyover construction, the completion of the Ughelli–Isoko Road, as well as significant advancements in women and youth empowerment, healthcare, education, and security. He noted that these efforts reflect the Governor’s commitment to delivering the MORE Agenda for the benefit of all Deltans.
The meeting was graced by several party leaders and dignitaries, including the Chairman of Ughelli North Local Government Council, Olorogun Jaro Egbo, who is also a member of Wards 1–5; Chief Morris Olori, Chief Ogbodume, Elder Joshua Osaboru, and former Women Leader Mrs. Helen Udi, among others. The Ward Chairmen and Executives of APC Wards 1–5 were also duly represented.
At the end of the well-attended meeting, the stakeholders and members unanimously endorsed His Excellency, Rt. Hon. (Elder) Sheriff F. O. Oborevwori, Executive Governor of Delta State, and His Excellency, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, for second terms in 2027, in recognition of their ongoing commitment to sustainable development, inclusive governance, and the renewed hope agenda for the benefit of Deltans and all Nigerians.
